Is there a limit on requests or tokens?
No. Your AI computes entirely on your computer – there is no server counting tokens or limiting requests. Ask as often and as long as you like, at no extra cost. Speed depends only on your hardware.
Does my AI have to be called “ULTIA”?
No. “Projekt ULTIA” is just the name of the software. During installation you give your AI its own name – it also responds to it as the wake word. You choose personality, voice and appearance yourself as well.
Which language does it speak?
The program interface and voice are currently German. The language model itself understands many languages and can answer in writing in your language. More interface languages and voices are in preparation.
Does my AI need internet?
For installation, activation and the update check (every two weeks). Otherwise it works offline – only web search naturally needs a connection.
Where do my conversations go?
Nowhere. The language model runs on your computer; conversations and memory are stored in the Vault folder of your installation. We receive nothing. Details in the privacy policy.
Will Projekt ULTIA run on my computer?
On Windows 10/11 and 64-bit Linux. Fastest with a graphics card with 7.5 GB of memory or more; without one it runs on the processor, just more slowly. More under requirements.
Can my AI make mistakes?
Yes. Like any AI it can give wrong or incomplete answers. Check important results yourself – especially regarding money, law and health. Before deleting or changing anything on your computer, it asks.

Why must the name in my account be correct?
The key is issued in your name. In the installer you enter the same name as the owner (upper/lower case doesn’t matter).
I have a new computer.
One key is valid for one computer. Send us a short message – we release the old binding and you can reinstall. Reinstalling on the same computer is always possible.
Forgot your password?
Write to us from your account’s email address. You will receive a one-time password, which you then change in your account. Forgot your username? You can also sign in with your email address.
Switching from Demo to Full?
Get a new key and choose “Change key” in the start menu. Memory, settings and personality stay; missing parts are downloaded.
What happens after the 2 years?
Lite and Full run for 2 years from activation; your AI shows the date at start-up. After a renewal it simply starts again – memory, settings and personality stay. Business runs without time limit; after 2 years only technical support including updates ends until you renew it.
What happens if my key becomes invalid?
On the next start your AI creates an encrypted backup of your personal data (with your backup password) and shows how to continue. Backups are never deleted automatically.

Which permissions does the app need – and why?
All permissions are optional. The app explains beforehand what it needs them for and sends data only encrypted to your own AI:
- Location – reminders and hints depending on where you are
- Microphone – voice input and wake word
- Camera – only photos you take yourself
- Bluetooth – recognising nearby devices
- Notifications – answers and approvals

How do I report an inappropriate answer?
Tap the flag ⚑ next to the answer or “Report” in the notification. Choose a reason and add a comment if you like.
Does the app work without a PC?
Only as a preview with fixed sample answers. The real AI always runs on your computer.
