Interrupted downloads can be resumed. The checksum (SHA-256) shows whether the file arrived complete.

The phone app

With the Full edition, the installer places the app and a pairing file in a folder of your choice. The app is also coming to the Google Play Store – then a download there is enough, and you pair it using the file from your computer.

Pairing in three steps

  1. Install and open the app.
  2. Under Setup → Load pairing from file, choose the file ULTIA-Kopplung-Handy.txt.
  3. Then delete the pairing file from the phone – it contains the key to your VPN.

Repair, upgrade, uninstall

RepairStart the installer again and choose the same folder. It adds whatever is missing – even after an interruption.
UpgradeStart menu → “Change key”. Enter the new key; missing parts are downloaded automatically.
UninstallStart menu → ULTIA folder → “uninstall”. An encrypted backup beforehand if you wish.
