1. Provider and scope
The provider is Ganja Electronics, [Vor- und Nachname] (address in the legal notice). These terms apply to the Projekt ULTIA software (hereinafter “ULTIA”), the companion Android app, the customer account on ganja-electronics.tech and the purchase of installation keys.
2. What ULTIA is
ULTIA is an AI assistant that runs on your own computer. You set its name, personality, voice and appearance yourself during installation. The phone app connects exclusively to your own ULTIA. During the test phase ULTIA may contain errors, change through updates, and individual features may be missing. The program interface and voice are currently German.
3. Customer account
Anyone of legal age may create an account. Your details must be correct; the name in the account is the name the key is issued to. Keep your password secret. We may block an account if it is misused.
4. Reservation, order, conclusion of contract
A reservation is free and non-binding. By clicking “order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we provide the key in your account. The demo is free and runs for 60 days from first activation.
Prices are final prices. [Add VAT note or small business regulation under Section 19 UStG.] Payment is by bank transfer according to the payment details in your account or – once offered – online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via SumUp. The key is provided after payment has been received.
5. Right of use
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use ULTIA in the purchased edition on one computer – the demo for 60 days, Lite and Full for 2 years from activation (renewable afterwards), Business without time limit. Beta keys are valid without time limit. If the term has expired and was not renewed, ULTIA will only start again after renewal; your data is kept. Installation keys and software may not be passed on, sold or published. Moving to another computer is possible after contacting us.
In case of misuse (e.g. a published key) we may block the key. Your personal data is then automatically backed up, encrypted with your backup password, on the next start.
6. Updates
ULTIA checks for updates every two weeks and installs them on the next start. Without internet, ULTIA keeps working. Lite and Full receive updates during their term. Business includes updates and technical support for 2 years from activation, which can then be renewed for a fee for 2 years at a time; without renewal Business keeps running unchanged but receives no further updates or support. The Android app is updated via Google Play or via your ULTIA.
7. Important notes on AI
- AI answers may be wrong or incomplete. Check important results yourself – especially regarding money, law and health. ULTIA does not replace professional advice.
- ULTIA can read and write files on your computer, run programs and operate mouse and keyboard (depending on the edition). For actions that delete or change something it asks first – only approve what you understand.
- You are responsible for your use and may not use ULTIA for unlawful purposes, such as monitoring or recording other people without their knowledge. Google’s usage policy for Gemma also applies.
- You can report inappropriate answers in the app with ⚑.
8. Warranty and liability
For purchased editions the statutory rights for defects of digital products apply (Sections 327 ff. BGB). We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage. The demo is provided without warranty to the extent permitted by law. Back up important data on your computer yourself.

10. Third-party components
ULTIA uses free software and models from other providers (including Gemma by Google, llama.cpp, Whisper, Piper, Chatterbox, WireGuard). Their own licences apply; see the Lizenzen folder of the installation.
11. Withdrawal policy
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period begins with the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ganja Electronics, address in the legal notice, email [email protected]) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model form below. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal: We refund all payments without delay, at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used. The key is blocked upon withdrawal.
Early expiry: For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun providing it after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Section 356(5) BGB). You give this consent with the second checkbox when ordering; the decisive point is the activation of the key.

12. Final provisions
German law applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
